Spay/Neuter
Rabbits need to be spayed & neutered as much as cats and dogs!
~ Altered rabbits are healthier and can live longer than unaltered rabbits.
~ Altered rabbits make better companions. They are calmer, more loving, and less prone to destructive and aggressive behaviors.
~ Altered rabbits are much easier to litter train and use the box more reliably.
~ Altered rabbits won’t contribute to the overpopulation problem. Over 7 million cats, dogs, and rabbits are killed due to overpopulation every year. Unwanted rabbits are often abandoned outside to fend for themselves where they suffer from starvation, sickness, and are easy prey. Rabbits are often “dumped” once people realize they are not easy pets for children who quickly “outgrow” the rabbit.
